13 Apr 2024 - Depart Delhi

Arrive at Delhi airport. Meet our representative at the airport. Complete all the necessary airport procedures to board the scheduled flight.

14 Apr 2024- Arrival at Guangzhou( China ) Via Hong Kong

Transfer to the Guangzhou Hotel, upon arrival at the Hong Kong airport. Enjoy lunch at an Indian restaurant on the way to the hotel, followed by check in. After that, enjoy some leisure time at the hotel. Later, enjoy dinner prepared by our Indian chef (Maharaj).

15 Apr 2024- Visit Canton Fair

Enjoy the hotel’s delicious breakfast. Proceed for pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the location for the Canton Fair. In the evening, pick up from the venue at the agreed time, then return to the hotel. While at the hotel, freshen up and savor the delicious dinner

16 Apr 2024- Visit Canton Fair -Enjoy Evening Pearl River Cruise

Savor your breakfast in the hotel Proceed for pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the location for the Canton Fair. In the evening, post the event, sightseeing to the Pearl River Cruise. Later head to the hotel and enjoy dinner.

17 Apr 2024 - Visit Canton Fair - Panoramic City Tour of Guangzhou cum shopping drop.

Savor your breakfast in the hotel and proceed for, Proceed for pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the location for the Canton Fair. In evening pick-up from the venue and proceed for the Panoramic City Tour of Guangzhou cum shopping drop. Later arrive at the hotel, freshen up and savor the delicious Indian dinner.

18 Apr 2024- Departure

Savor breakfast served at the hotel, proceed to check out of the hotel and transfer to Hong Kong airport, complete all the necessary airport procedures to board the scheduled return fight. Arrive in Delhi.

Group size

The Offer is based on a minimum group size of 40 full paying adults and travel dates as specified in the quote. In case of any alteration in group size or travel dates the quote will vary.

Price fluctuation

Quote is based on current airfares, airport taxes, hotel rates, foreign exchange rates. In case of fluctuations in the same a supplement will apply.

Airline

Rates offered are based on special fare offered by above mentioned airlines.
Airport taxes are subject to change without any prior notice.
Once names are passed to airline, any name change will attract penalty as per airline policy
Any additional booking over & above group size indicated will be on individual basis

Hotel

The check-in time at hotels is 1500 hrs and check-out time 1200 hrs.
Interconnecting / Adjoining rooms, rooms on same floor etc cannot be guaranteed in advance. Hotels will provide the same subject to availability on day of arrival.
Once names are passed to hotel, any name change will attract penalty as per airline policy

VISA

Granting VISA is a sole discretion of consulate or immigration authorities. In case of VISA refusal cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
Getting a visa appointment is completely based on Online booking system of VSF Global & slots opened by Consulate, Ghumakkad / Travel Nama has no influence over appointment slots & will be subject to availability.

Payment schedule for Land Package

Initial deposit – INR 60000/- per person non-refundable at the time of requesting for bookings
50% of balance amount – 90 days prior to departure
100% of balance amount – 60 days prior to departure

Cancellation Charges for Land package

INR 60000/- per person non-refundable after confirmation
Cancellation 90 days prior to departure – 50% of package price
Cancellation 60 days prior to departure – 100% of package price

For airtickets- Full payment is required at time of ticket issuance & cancellation, date change charges are applicable as per airlines.

General Terms

Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests own & Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for such expenses However we will provide best possible assistance.
Air seats, Hotel rooms, are subject to availability – else in similar category will be provided. It may or may not result in change in package cost.
