Arrive at Hong Kong Airport, complete the immigration process at HKIA & transfer to Shenzen border, complete Chinese Immigration procedures & transfer to the Guangzhou Hotel. After the event, pick-up time is scheduled to take you back to the hotel. When you get to the hotel, freshen up, and enjoy dinner prepared by the Indian chef (Maharaj) in the comfort of the same hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Visit Canton Fair - Evening Pearl River Cruise

Savor your breakfast at the hotel. Following breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the location for the CANTON FAIR. After the event, pick-up time is scheduled to take you to the Pearl River Cruise in the evening.

Following the scheduled time, pick-up from the venue and shopping drop-off are included in the panoramic city tour of Guangzhou. Later on, come back While at the hotel, freshen up and savor the delicious dinner prepared by the Indian chef (Maharaj). Spend the night at the hotel

Visit Canton Fair & shopping time

Experience the hotel’s delicious breakfast. Following breakfast, pick-up from the hotel and transfer to the location for the CANTON FAIR. Pick up from the venue later in the afternoon at the appointed time, and we will take you to some of the famous shopping areas of Guangzhou city. Later return to the hotel in the evening. While at the hotel, freshen up and savor the delicious dinner prepared by the Indian chef, Maharaj. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Departure from China & Arrival in India

A delightful breakfast was served at the hotel. Check out of the hotel after breakfast and make your way to the Hong Kong airport. Arrive in Mumbai / Chennai / Bengaluru airport.

Group size

The Offer is based on a minimum group size of 40 full-paying adults and travel dates as specified in the quote. In case of any alteration in group size or travel dates, the quote will vary.

Price fluctuation

The quote is based on current airfares, airport taxes, hotel rates, and foreign exchange rates. In case of fluctuations in the same, a supplement will apply.

Airline

Rates offered are based on special fares offered by above mentioned airlines.
Airport taxes are subject to change without any prior notice.
Once names are passed to the airline, any name change will attract a penalty as per the airline policy
Any additional booking over & above the group size indicated will be on an individual basis

Hotel

The check-in time at hotels is 1500 hrs and the check-out time is 1200 hrs.
Interconnecting / Adjoining rooms, rooms on the same floor, etc cannot be guaranteed in advance. Hotels will provide the same subject to availability on the day of arrival.
Once names are passed to the hotel, any name change will attract a penalty as per airline policy

VISA

Granting VISA is a at the sole discretion of the consulate or immigration authorities. In case of VISA refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
Getting a visa appointment is completely based on the Online booking system of VSF Global & slots opened by the Consulate, Ghumakkad has no influence over appointment slots & will be subject to availability.

Payment schedule for Land Package

Initial deposit – INR 60000/- per person non-refundable at the time of requesting for bookings
50% of the balance amount – 90 days before departure
100% of the balance amount – 60 days before departure

Cancellation Charges for Land Package

INR 60000/- per person non-refundable after confirmation
Cancellation 90 days before departure – 50% of the package price
Cancellation 60 days before departure – 100% of the package price

For air tickets-

Full payment is required at the time of ticket issuance

Once advance is received for the ticket it is non-refundable, date change charges are applicable as per airlines.

General Terms

Any overstay expenses due to delay, change, or cancellation in flight will be on the guest & Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for such expenses However we will provide the best possible assistance.
Air seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability – else in a similar category will be provided. It may or may not result in a change in package cost.
