Group size

• The Offer is based on a minimum group size of 40 full paying adults and travel dates as specified in the quote. In case of any alteration in group size or travel dates the quote will vary.

Price fluctuation

• Quote is based on current airfares, airport taxes, hotel rates, foreign exchange rates. In case of fluctuations in the same a supplement will apply.

Airline

• Rates offered are based on special fare offered by above mentioned airlines.
• Airport taxes are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Once names are passed to airline, any name change will attract penalty as per airline policy.
• Any additional booking over & above group size indicated will be on an individual basis.

Hotel

• The check-in time at hotels is 1500 hrs. and check-out time 1200 hrs.
• Interconnecting / Adjoining rooms, rooms on same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed in advance. Hotels will provide the same subject to availability on day of arrival.
• Once names are passed to hotel, any name change will attract penalty as per airline policy

VISA

• Granting VISA is a sole discretion of consulate or immigration authorities. In case of VISA refusal cancellation charges will be applicable as per policy.
• Getting a visa appointment is completely based on Online booking system of VSF Global & slots opened by Consulate, Ghumakkad has no influence over appointment slots & will be subject to availability.

Payment Terms:

• INR 60,000(Non-refundable) as advance booking amount at the time of Booking.
• Balance amount at-least 6 weeks before departure of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

If in case, you are not able to avail services of the package (due to some unforeseen circumstances), you should intimate your cancellation in writing (by the mail) for which the below cancellation charges shall be applicable over and above the non-refundable advance booking amount of Rs. 60,000/-.

• 25% of total amount as cancellation charge, 90 days before departure date.
• 35% of total amount as cancellation charge, 60 days before departure date.
• 50% of total amount as cancellation charge, 50 days before departure date.
• 75% of total amount as cancellation charge, 40 days before departure date.
• 100% of total amount as cancellation charge, within 30 days before departure date.

For Air Tickets:

Full payment is required at time of ticket issuance & cancellation, date change charges are applicable as per airlines

General Terms & Conditions: –

1. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the guests’ own & Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide the best possible assistance. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
2. Airline seats and hotel rooms, are subject to availability or else will be provided in similar category. It may or may not result in a change in the overall package cost.
3. All the contents of Terms and Conditions put forth by Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd will be applicable.
4. Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd in any case should not be held responsible for any changes / cancellations in flight / hotel operations, services from hotels/airlines/transporters by them in any case.
5. Airfare & taxes are as of 01/01/2024 and are subject to change without prior notice. Any increase on the same shall be applicable on package cost in the final invoice.
6. No change in itinerary once confirmed will be honoured unless given in writing.
7. No verbal commitments will be honoured unless given in writing.
8. 100 % cancellation charge will apply if cancelled within 30 days prior to departure
9. This is just a tentative offer. Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd does not hold any accommodation/airline seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will request for your hotel accommodation and air ticket. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to change as per availability.
10. International check-in time: – 1500 hrs & check-out time is 1100 hrs. Early check-in is not guaranteed.
11. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any increase in price and hotels?
12. Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd., in any circumstances shall not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue, Cancellation and / or the Exhibition Profile.
13. Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd., in any circumstances shall not responsible for any rejection of Chinese visa or any other visa as granting or not granting visa is at sole discretion of visa consulate.
14. Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd, under any circumstances, should not be held liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and/ or error in dates of visa.
15. In case of any last-minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for that single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by that passenger mandatorily.
16. Ghumakkad TTC Pvt Ltd in any case shall not be held responsible for cancellation of services by the hotels/ airlines/ transporters in case of any natural calamity, act
